Listing terms
Listing on Pikëza is free. These are the simple rules that apply to listed businesses.
Data and photos
By requesting or claiming a listing, you confirm that you have the right to share the data and photos you provide, and that Pikëza may show them on the site.
Prices only with consent
Prices are shown only with your explicit consent. Without it, the listing shows “Price on request” and a contact button. We record the consent: who gave it, when and through which channel (message, WhatsApp, form or in person). You can withdraw it at any time.
Editing and removal
Pikëza may edit or remove listings, for example when information is out of date, inaccurate or unsuitable for families with kids. You can ask for a correction or removal at any time at [email protected].
Paid placement never changes the data
Once paid plans exist, paid placement (e.g. “Featured”) is always clearly labelled and never changes the data, nor the ranking of accurate information.
Founding partners
“Founding partner” is a badge for businesses that join early. It is free for now; when paid plans start, founding partners get 50% off for 12 months. The badge does not give a free featured slot.
Privacy
How we handle contact data is explained in the Privacy policy.
