Privacy policy
We collect as little personal data as we can. Here is what, why and for how long, and how to ask for deletion.
Who is the controller
The data controller is Naim Reçica B.I.. Contact: [email protected]. The applicable law is Kosovo’s Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data.
What we collect
- Contact details of listed businesses: business name, address, phone, social links and, when given, a contact person’s name.
- Requests to claim a listing: your name, role in the business and WhatsApp number.
- Suggestions and reports from visitors: the text you write and, only if you give it, your email or other contact (optional).
- Cookieless statistics: we count views and contact taps per listing. We set no tracking cookies and do not identify you.
We do not require accounts from visitors and we do not collect data about children.
Kids’ ages stay on your device
The “My kids” feature stores ages only in your browser (local storage). They are never sent to us and you can clear them any time with one tap.
Why we use it
- to show listings and keep them accurate;
- to contact your business on WhatsApp about its listing;
- to handle suggestions and reports;
- to understand what is used, through aggregated statistics.
We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Business and contact-person details: while the listing is active, and up to 12 months after it is removed.
- Suggestions and reports: up to 12 months after they are handled.
- Statistics: aggregated only, with no personal data.
Your rights and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. If you believe your data is being handled wrongly, you have the right to complain to the Information and Privacy Agency.
Cookies
The site sets no tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent.
