Data sources

Where the data on Pikëza comes from and how we use it.

OpenStreetMap

Maps and part of the places come from OpenStreetMap. © OpenStreetMap contributors. The data is licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL). When we find errors we also correct them in OpenStreetMap.

ARBK public registry

To find businesses we use the ARBK Business Registry, which is a public register. We take business information only; we do not publish business owners’ names.

Photos

Photos are used only with the permission of the business or the author, and credited where requested. We do not use stock photos.

Our checks

“Verified” means we checked the listing, and we show the date. For places, “We visited” means we have been there. Prices are shown only with the business’s consent.
